Ethnic cleansing of the Ismailis at the hands of the Syrian jihadist groups :
Within the planned ethnic cleansing carried out on the Ismaili sect , which began in the area of Adra Aloumalieah, an explosive car – Kia - was exploded in the town of Al-Kafat, which includes a majority of Ismailis, in the yard of the town that located between the mill and the school at about ten o’clock in the morning.
Al-Kafat is the last town of Ismailis which surrounded by neighboring Bedouin villages in the countryside of Hama, Syria. It is larger than the town of Tal al-Dura, the pure Ismaili town. Many houses have collapsed completely. It is said that one of Safar, the famous Ismaili family, was killed. Here are some of the names of the martyrs that we received :
